Not sure if anyone is interested, but I wanted to know what my transcript will look like so I requested one last month. I've attached a picture of it for anyone wondering what the transferred courses look like. I haven't sent my updated ACE transcript to TESU, so all of my credits aren't listed but you get the point.

Haha, I've paid for mine too just so I could see how it looks. It really bugged me that they misspelled Enhancement for one of my courses as "Enchancement"! :willynilly:
It was nice seeing the 4.0 GPA from the one SOS-110 course hilarious

Yeah I'm probably gonna take a course or two because I really don't like how the GPA: NA looks. Any idea how TECEPs show up on the transcript? I know they're not graded, but are they listed under the term or semester that you take them in?
I have a question here, If lets say I finish my plan the way I have it set I will not have a GPA at TESU, I'm not one who really cares for this. But if down the line I see that it is an issue would I be able to take a class or two at TESU and have them replace it with another course so it shows a GPA or would my transcript for my BSBA be "locked" at that point?

Once you have your degree, it's all locked in. They won't change things after the fact.
If you wanted a GPA there, you need to take a course before you apply for graduation. They will replace whatever course you already have for the TESU course, and you will have a GPA.
BTW - it won't matter much, since any place that wants your GPA will most likely want the transcript, where they will see that you only have 1 course.
I personally wouldn't waste my time and money with that.

So are you saying that a grad school with a gpa admissions requirement would not likely accept a degree with a gpa from a single course?

Yeah I didn't plan on doing it unless it would be some significant benefit. I have a GPA at both the CC I have taken courses at. The vast majority of my Accounting Credits WILL have a GPA tied to them which is what I was really going for anyways. I will have 40 graded credits at HVCC and I am estimating a 3.83 at completion unless I pull out a miracle on two of the 4 I am taking there right now. They are looking like B's at this point. And then most likely a B for Intermediate Accounting II, an A is still possible but its a stretch at this point.

No, I'm saying that it won't carry a lot of weight. They will look at all of your GPA's at all of the schools you went to, and probably do a weighted GPA (combination of all of your grades divided by the total number of credits). Admissions officers aren't dumb, they can see how many and what type of classes make up the GPA.
Also, some schools want you to have 30 or 60 graded credits.
And some want to see the grades you have in the specific area of your degree. They want the GPA in a "core" group of classes. I know some MBA programs look at this, as do some nursing schools. I'm guessing other Masters programs will do the same thing. If you got all A's in your Gen Ed's, and then B's/C's in your major, that WILL be a factor.
It totally depends on the school you want to get into as to what they'll do, so your best bet is always to talk to the school and see what they say about your specific situation.

They'll likely accept the degree, but they're not going to accept that GPA at face value. They will ask for all your transcripts and calculate their own GPA. After that, it will be a matter of a) how strict they are about the GPA req and b) how strong the rest of your application is.

Thanks for the explanations. I'm not sure how the (grad) school would get the grade even from the individual transcripts because the transcripts I've seen from individual institutions (like clep and saylor) just say CR, not the grade. I know a CC would, but do study.com, SL, PF and other UL course places have the number grade on their transcripts?
That's a good point to ask the grad school I'm thinking of attending...I'll direct my questions to them and see what they say.
