I was thinking of some ideas for a flight meeting event. Along the lines of the last flight meeting that has fun team building games and events.
An idea we had was to incorporate âteamâ building events. Such as, egg toss, water balloon fight, sack race, three legged race, blind fold maze races, team pyramid, weather trivia.
Can anyone think of something fun and crazy that I could suggest?

we played Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego. You make teams and one person makes a bunch of trivia questions. The one person keeps packets of trivia questions for each team. Everytime a team answers a trivia question they get a clue to where Carmen is. The first team to answer correctly wins. We did trivia like writing down the chorus to the Friends theme song, math questiong, word scrambles, etc. It was actually a lot of fun.

Maybe get a dunk tank and put your commander in it. While not team building per se, it's still a good morale booster.

We used to get together and bring a few sets of boxing gloves and helmets. We would go at it two at a time for a minute at a time. After that we would go out for beers at Wing Stop restaurant. It kept morale up believe it or not.
