I believe the following is where I stand:
What I am missing
GEN ED- World Religions, Intro to Stats
CORE- Pr of Finance, Pr of Mgmt, Intro to Mktng, Int'l Mgmt, Corp Comm, Strategic Mgmt
GEN MGMT- Need 18 credits, spread over 3 areas, 12 must be UL. A JuCo class transferred over as CIS209-Database Design, and I believe it would be placed as MGMT. I'm not REAL confident that will stand, so I am going to add MAN231 (Intro to Entrepreneurship) to make sure MAN is covered. Will take OPM351 (Biz Stats, which is also MAN?), FIN331 (Financial Institutions), FIN311 (Corp Finance), and MAR310 (Pr of Sales).
Order as follows:
I registered for TECEP Strategic Mgmt, May 2017. I am going over that material now but will not take the exam until a few days before end of May, in case I fail and need to sign up again.
Knock out Saylor classes first, studying 2 at a time. So their management, marketing, intro stats, biz stats, corp comm.
Knock out Davar classes next. Int'l mgmt, corp fin, and sales.
I can do two Study.com classes- religion, and prin of finance.
I can do two more TECEPs- financial inst/mkts, and entrepreneurship.
I applied for but did not get the Guardian Scholarship. If in the next couple of months I can get what I consider a good deal through Study, I might swap the 2 TECEPs for 2 more Study's, maybe even a couple of the Davar's.
There are many options available. I sort of weighed what I needed with cost considerations, fields of study I enjoy (or don't), DF member insights, etc.
See any flaws? Better ideas? Please share any thoughts you have
