I am doing most of those that you suggested, however, there are some that I have NOT been doing that I will add to my routine.

I took the REA book and paper-clipped the general sections to the front cover and the sample tests to the back cover. Then I read over the center section 4 or 5 times. Took the sample tests after studying and was getting about 72%. I highlighted all of the Bold Face terms and concentrated on them. All together, I did about 12 hours of studying and 2 hours of testing in the week prior to the exam.
You only half to learn 51% of the center section to pass. This might be a brain dumpy way of studying, but I passed. It is definitely in the same vein as the Intro Psych, Principals of Management and others.
