Microsoft is half the size of Apple in market cap and their solutions are much more open. Remember that Microsoft was the pioneer in open systems. Back when IBM and Apple produced proprietary and closed systems like the Macintosh, Microsoft simply sold operating systems and software that could run on any PC. Apple would never do this. They are truly only out for themselves and do not play nice in the industry like Microsoft does.

Microsoft vs. Macintosh seems to be a very hot button subject. I'll just say that there are reasons why I don't own any Apple products. I'm not against an iPhone app; I just can't say I'm for one because I don't own an iPhone.

Ditto. And I don't own an iPhone because jailbreaking it voids your warranty, from what I hear.
