It looks like their only ranking criteria was how many students were sent on to MIT, Harvard and Princeton. Not even what percentage went to those schools but how many. So the school that sent 14 out of a class off 77 (18%) was ranked at 69 along with the school that sent 14 out of a class of 400(3.5%). Never mind other ivy league/prestigious universities or even other college/trade schools that students could have been sent on to.
