I love this forum and just had my degree conferred on my transcripts. I received my Board of Governers with an Area of Emphasis in Applied Process Technology! I wouldn't have been able to do it without this forum! Hopefully onto my BAS with UMPI now!

iggym32, Congrats, wow! First they allow international students into the program, now they change their rules with regards to the emphasis... I should have waited for a specific one I was interested in, but they rejected my request, so I got a general one... Anyways, Congrats again! Future peeps can see what other emphasis they can provide you that's not on the original list in their offerings on the Pierpont catalog.

Many people start their education journey with a Pierpont BOG. It's nearly free and builds confidence for the bachelor's degree.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.

I got my Pierpont degree with an AOE in Spanish just as I wanted last December, just haven't had the chance to travel and pick it up. I used Sophia and 2 ACTFL exams to satisfy the requirement. So I can 100% guarantee Spanish AOEs are possible using ACTFL exams. I now wonder since it looks like other AOEs not previously known before are possible, if we won't see someone getting an AOE in other subjects such as French language or Theater. |
