For UMPI's 2nd bachelor's, you do not need to fill in any blanks, assuming you mean GEC courses? Because those are waived, as are the Free Electives.  You just need 30cr, in your major/minor/concentration.  Obviously if you just do an 18cr minor or something, the remaining 12cr can be in whatever, as long as you meet the UL requirements (so those extras might include a few UL courses).

Unless I am missing something… for the Management & Leadership… there are about 12 courses in the business major, then another, I think, 8 courses, for the concentration.  So when I looked at that, my degree covered the gen ed and electives, but I’d still have to take outside courses to fill in some of those other courses until I got it down to 10 courses.

So you're comparing apples to oranges here.  When you want an actual business degree (like the BABA from UMPI), there will always be more courses to complete, because business degrees just have a lot of requirements.

When you're looking at a BSOL or BPS or something like that, you generally just have a lot fewer set requirements.

If you compared the TAMU-Commerce BSOL to UMPI's BLS with concentration in Management, for instance, that only has 6 courses required.  So you'd take the 30cr, but you'd have a lot more flexibility.

Not saying there's anything wrong with the BSOL, just trying to give you an idea of what you're comparing.
