There's info on the TESU site, what seems to be your question or issue?

Are you trying to complete ACE courses that will count for the CPA? I'd check to make sure that someone else previously succeeded in using ACE courses.

I think you can do it for less money by enrolling in TESU for an ASBA degree you have no intention of completing. You get two evaluations for the $75 application fee, one of which will be an eval of your previous college work. If you plan it right beforehand, you can get your ACE transcript done at the same time. Then you take a $114 TECEP, preferably one that counts towards the CPA. In California, you can take the same course again as long as it's a different school. TESU will knock out the older course if it was transferred in. Becoming enrolled via the TECEP will give you unlimited transcript evaluations for the next year. I'm not sure if you need one TESU course or TECEP to establish a transcript via this method. Maybe, maybe not.

It did for me. I took the CIS-107 TECEP in the May term. I completed it last week. My status now shows as enrolled with a date of 5/19/16. Beat the cornerstone requirement!

The May term is the last term TECEPs count for residency.

I think it counts for enrolling students, just not towards residency. Residency requirements are only important in figuring out if you owe the $2000 residency waiver - and it's determined when you want to graduate. Even when the residency requirement was met with TECEP's, if you didn't have all 24cr, you were still considered enrolled when you registered for the first (or 3rd or 6th) exam. Registering for subsequent exams made your enrollment date roll forward as well (added a year from the new registration date).

Of note however is that it didn't apply towards residency for students enrolled after April, such as me.
