Test Center Admin Fee: $30 per CLEP/DSST.  They also offer a slew of other test options (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, Checkpoint, etc.).
Admin Name: There are several, all were friendly and accommodating.  Elisa Westberry is the supervisor.

Review:
This was pretty much my one stop shop for my WGU degree.  I took all my CLEP, DSST and CompTIA exams here.  They're open on Saturdays, which was really handy.  They also have online scheduling, which is really helpful.  It was getting to the point where they knew me by first name by the end of my degree.  Very friendly staff and relatively cheap sitting fees.
