If you want a duplicate diploma, I believe you can order those from the TESU Alumni website or the alumni store.
Oh, awesome.
Do you know if diplomas are paper only or electronic is possible?

Ah, the diploma will have to travel over 1000 of miles, and then go back to not far off to where it was sent. Or is it possible to ask TESU to send a copy directly to another university?

What university is asking for a copy of your diploma? I've never heard of that.

I concur, what are you trying to do here? Colleges and universities should really have no need or desire for a copy of a diploma when they have a much easier way to validate degree completion via college transcripts. Even employers would probably rather see a transcript as that shows courses taken as well as degrees completed.

The diploma is more of a ceremonial document than it is an official proof of degree. You should use the transcript for proof of degree.

Other schools won't ask for your diploma, they ask for your transcripts - and normally, they want it sent directly from the school to them (so not getting a copy from you). It's a straightforward process, done entirely online.
If an employer asks, usually it's IF you graduated, and possibly a transcript (again sent directly) - they don't normally want a copy of your actual diploma. You should put THAT in a nice frame over your desk to impress people!

For the non-official transcript, how early can you get this?

You can print a non-official transcript from student services at any time that shows your courses and grades. That's what I gave to Georgia Tech when I applied. They didn't need an official transcript until after acceptance and shortly before I started. If you need one that shows the degree, you have to wait for the official one that comes after you graduate.
If you're trying to get proof of degree to someone as soon as possible, you can order a transcript and check a box that says to wait until the degree confers before sending. It will be sent as soon as it's available.
Right after your degree audit is successful, you'll get a letter in the mail on TESU letterhead that says you've met the requirements for the degree. Some employers might accept that, but a school will insist on getting an official transcript...however, as I said above, they are very used to having to wait.
I repeat the question above, what are you trying to do? When you do you graduate, and who needs proof of degree? You seem to be massively overthinking this whole thing.
