Teaching With Technology Certification

FYI, I just received an email from American TESOL Institute of Florida. This might be of interest to individuals looking to get elective credit for their BALS and also get TESOL certification for teaching overseas at the same time. 

They offer a TESOL Advanced Certification for $295 that ACE recommended for 1 credit.  This course is only 80 hours, the one I did was the TESOL Foundation (Advanced 80 hours + Children 60 hours) for $395.  I did this one because most places hiring teachers require a certification or two that adds up to 120 hours or more.

For individuals who are taking a TESOL certification, they now offer this Teaching with Technology certification free, so you essentially get two certifications for the price of one as each of them cost $295.  This should bump you up to 120 hours or more for both certificates.
