So I had recently transferred the 2 cr ethics course so I was checking my transcript online, and to my surprise they have removed over 30 credits. I have sent a help request to advising so I will see what they say.

Do you have a screen shot of your previous eval?
This is the reason I am not a fan of sending courses to TESU often, because they regularly screw up the evals. Every single time I've sent credits in, they have done something that I didn't want them to do with my eval. Every. single. time. It's annoying.

@Vetveso - hang tight on worrying until you get a response back from TESU. Can you share what courses were removed - might be a tell in there. I remember when 40+ of my FEMA credits were removed from an updated Eval. This ended up being that the FEMA credits no longer were accepted at TESU. It was a bummer at the moment but easily moved on through hard work on new credits.
Hopefully yours come back but either way you'll be fine.

They should not remove credits that used to be accepted but no longer are. There's usually a cutoff date, where they will no longer bring in credits, but they shouldn't retroactively remove something that they previously accepted.

They can change degree requirements/catalog and remove credits like FEMA and UL credit from community college if you don't maintain continuous enrollment. Adding new degree requirements is effectively the same thing as deleting credits no longer acceptable like FEMA. The net effect of either action is that you have to take another class or exam.
The bigger issue is the longer you take to finish, the harder, more time consuming, and expensive it will be as TESU becomes more restrictive in terms of transfer credits and additional degree requirements. Life happens, but try to finish the degree ASAP. Strategic management transfer, UL community college, FEMA, CIS-344 for TEEX, foreign language CLEP for 12 credits, lack of speech requirement, lack of capstone, lack of cornerstone, the $888 TECEP plan for residency, BA.SS, BA.NSM, BA.HUM, many TECEP exams are all ancient history. I'm sure in 2021, readers from the future will wish they had the 2015 or 2016 catalog.

The OP did not say they had become dis-enrolled and then re-enrolled, so I assumed that they just did a normal transfer of credits as an enrolled student. An enrolled student should not get credits removed.
And yes, some of the TESU provisions have become more restrictive - but some became less restrictive. At one point (maybe 2013?), there was no per-credit enrollment, and it was something like $3,000 to enroll there. The fact that it's now $2,000 is better for anyone new. They only started accepting TECEP's for residency in 2014(?) and it only lasted for a couple of years; so that was more of a fluke than anything.
The fact that CLEP downgraded their own exams was not a TESU thing, and TESU is still accepting higher numbers of credits for some exams. And, even though it seems like it's all bad, there are so many more options to take courses/exams then there used to be - for anyone who could not just test out of all of their credits using CLEP/DSST/UExcel, either because they couldn't get to a testing center or because they were not good test-takers, it is SO much easier and cheaper to get credits now. Anyone who wanted to test out in 2004 but couldn't/didn't would look into the future (2016) and think they were immeasurably better off now.

Need more details- are you "working on degrees" yourself or an enrolled student? If you're not enrolled, you're not locked into a degree plan and they will apply all changes to your transcript until you're enrolled as a degree seeking student. If you are enrolled, you'll need to be patient until they reply and see what they say. I hope it works out in your favor.

The OP's signature did not have sufficient TESU credits to survive the change from FEMA. You need 3 TESU credits a year to stay enrolled, and 3 credits will only survive one year. It's possible OP did not update the signature. But if the signature is correct, then enrollment was broken.

So very odd since I had 124 then they reviewed I guess, and it showed 90. Now it shows 122 and they did add my Ethics class and took away the 1 credit requirement class. So now I need to test out of 19 credits, and take the capstone class. I am in 2 classes right now on Geography Polar Geography and GEOG 101 here at UAF so maybe I could just test out of a few classes without much study. Any ideas?
