TESU rejecting Credly badges?

Has anyone experienced TESU rejecting certain kinds of Credly badges? I submitted 30 ACE credits which included a few classes I took from Saylor and Sophia back in 2015, well before Credly. I was able to get both institutions to issue a badge even though they're from years ago. However, I just got back my evaluation and apparently they're not the "right" badges. The note on my eval says:

We recently received an official transcript from Credly/Acclaim. Thomas Edison State University will accept in transfer most ACE reviewed courses/exams on the transcript that include both a badge from the offering organization as well as an ACE badge. Since there was no ACE badge included for the following items, credit was not added to your record. Please request an updated transcript be sent to transcripts @tesu.edu for the following: 
 
Saylor Academy- BUS 203: Principles of Marketing
Sophia Learning- Introduction to Psychology
Saylor Academy- BUS 205: Business Law

I've never heard of this. Hopefully someone chimes in and can be of more help than I can. On the bright side all classes can be done quickly and inexpensively via Sophia.

I opened a support ticket with Credly in the hopes they can do something about it. In the meantime, was wondering if anyone else ever had a problem like this. The transcript said it was an official ACE transcript. I don't know. Seems like a silly rule.

Yeah, credly is supposed to give you the version of the badge that has the ace recommendation on it.  There are some courses that I got multiple badges on and I got the same message for the duplicates, which did not have the ACE recommendation on them.  A bit of a goofy rule perhaps, but also likely an easy/fast way for them to sort through a transcript.  Just look for the ACE badge, and if it doesn't have one, give this cut and paste message.

I took College Algebra with Saylor long time ago, but it was NCCRS at that time, not ACE.

Maybe you had this case with one of your courses?

No, they are definitely ACE recommended. They were part of my old ACE credit bank. The badge even says ACE on it, it's just not the right ACE badge (image attached). Hopefully Credly can help out,

I have the same issue with English Composition II I got from Sophia recently. Looks like I am missing an ACE badge on the transcript. 

"Thanks for reaching out. The Credly transcript we received did not include the ACE recommendation badge for the Sophia course English Composition II, therefore we are unable to award credit at this time. In order for credit to be awarded from a Credly transcript, both the institutional badge (in this case - Sophia) and ACE recommendation badge are required. Please contact Credly to request that your official transcript be updated to include the ACE badge, and then please have your transcript resubmitted to TESU."

I emailed Credly and hopefully they can fix this! I feel so anxious. (English Composiiton II on Sophia took kind of long to complete!)

I just checked and NONE of my twins' Credly badges for Sophia or CSMLearn show an ACE logo. All of their Study classes do. I emailed support and will update here once I receive an answer. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!

none of my Sophia badges show the ACE logo, but I did not have any trouble transferring them into TESU from Credly
