Residency credits only count if you pass the class(es) required to meet 15 credits total. TECEPS don't count unless active military. Not passing a TESU course will impact your GPA, which could cause you not to graduate (you need a TESU GPA of 2.0 or better to graduate). Do not sign up for TESU courses you don't plan on passing.
