I completed System Analysis and Design and had it sent over to TESU over a week and a half ago and now they are telling me.
"Our evaluation department reviewed your transcript this afternoon, but they are unable to award credit for your exam because there is no date of completion listed on the transcript. Please contact Colorado State University and ask that they either send an official transcript with a completion date listed or other official documentation indicating when your exam was completed. Once the documentation is received our evaluation department will determine if credit can be awarded. Because we do not know when we will receive the necessary documentation I unfortunately cannot say if you will qualify for June 2017 graduation. I wish you the best of luck."
What is this crap? I sent an email to CSU Global to ask for documents to be sent over to TESU immediately but seriously what...
Has anyone had to deal with this?
I am suppose to be done. I worked my butt off to not be able to graduate in June.

Sanantone had this issue too, but mine transferred over smoothly even without the completion dates.
Don't worry, if you e-mailed registrar at CSU Global and told them, they should be able to help (just as they did with sanantone).

It takes time at TESU to "evaluate". What I think here is that they've not fully evaluated the information.
It's Strange. Just be cautious of the time frame they do things, it does take 25 days for most evaluations.
Furthermore, It could be a delay on CSU side sending all the details, I would send them BOTH an inquiry to your info.
You're there, don't let anything trivial get in the way. Ask again and your persistence pays off. Good luck.

wow they responded quick.
"No problem. Our transcripts do not list the date that you completed your exam because they are considered transfer credits here with us. I will email this information over to Thomas Edison so that they can post your credit."
thank you Nixi.
Jeez dealing with TESU this past month has been a pain in the

I've got to say that I would put this one on CSU. It's not unreasonable to want a date, and since they are the source of the exam, they should be providing one on the transcript.

I agree. This one (for once) is not a problem on TESU's end, they are not being unreasonable.

Date of completion is particularly important for courses with time limits. There are other reasons why this is important i.e. whether or not the school was accredited when the credits were earned and if the credits were earned after the conferral of the first degree.
