Just a few more classes away from getting my degree after 24 years!!!
I need one more Communications Upper Level class.
Can anyone recommend any others preferably from Study.com?
Here are the ones that have completed on Study.com and got approved by TESU.
COM-300 Business Communication
COM-391 Organizational Communica
MAN-373 Managerial Communications
MAN-376 Leadership Communication
Asked about these but was told that they won’t transfer in:
Business 301: Diversity and intercultural Communication
Business 302: History of Human Language
Email from adviser: “As for the other two, Business 301: Diversity and intercultural Communication, which is not a Business course but Communications, is not upper level. I do not suggest taking this course.
Business 302: History of Human Language is not listed in our records.”

That's correct. BUS 301 in LL, BUS 302 is not ACE-recommended for credit.
ENGL 305: Advanced Technical Writing should work. Tech Writing is listed as an option on the Comm degree on the website.

Thanks. I will ask the TESU advisor and report back.

I believe MAN-373 Managerial Communications will require an oral presentation on top of written papers if my memory serves.
ENGL 305 works on my UL Comm AOS and is currently planned, so I would think you will get a positive response back from your advisor!
HTH!

Success!!!! Got approved for the Eng 305. Thanks CarpeDiem8.
But.... Now He is suggesting I take the SOS-110 Living in the Information Age when I had already completed the TES 100 Lifelong Learning Strategies.

You need to find out, if you are on the 2019a catalog, you are required to do the SOS-110 as the TES-100 is not going to meet the requirement for the Cornerstone. If you are on the 2018 catalog, then your TES-100 should have satisfied the requirement. This answer is worth ~$1000! TES-100 is $300, SOS-110 is $1500 without the study.com discount.
Find the answer by doing the following. Logon to your TESU.edu OSS and click onto the Student Menu.
Click Academic Evaluation, and select your degree plan, when your degree evaluation comes up, it tells you the year.

When you log into your student account and view your Academic Evaluation, the catalog year will show for you. Once we know what year you are enrolled in, then we can help you with your question regarding SOS-110.
