TESU Transcript Processing

I reached out to TESU by phone again today, basically just politely following up on my request for an expedited academic evaluation, and within a few hours it was complete!

Now I'm just waiting on them to unlock the Capstone for me. Seating is definitely limited, so I'm hoping for a quick response.

I got an email this morning stating my evaluation has been completed. I logged in and NOTHING has been changed. While I am not super computer savvy- I hit the Command R to refresh the page. Still the same. :

15 minutes until the expressline closed, I decided to call in and figure this out. The gal I spoke with said that my eval is complete and that I need to talk to an advisor to go over why my courses weren't accepted. She tried to schedule a phone appt with advising for next week. I declined obviously. I emailed advising and got a response from the lady that I always seem to get a response from, stating I needed to take this up with the registrar. **ughhh** So, I sent an email to the registrar dept asking for clarification. I have 11 'pre-approved' courses on that transcript that need evaluating. I suppose I won't hear anything until next week now. What a friggin' circus!
