if I intend to apply for September graduation, do all transferred credits have to be evaluated by that date? or can they be sent over and awaiting evaluation?

I started this journey in the summer of 2016. I hoped to be done sooner, but I am still proud of the rate at which I have gotten my schooling done with respect to the many months of military training and deployments I have undergone.

It's too late to apply. You can apply before the deadline, finish your courses and transfer them.
I have seen people transfer courses a few weeks past the deadline, but application must be made.

What courses do you have left? What are you using for your AOS CIS?

What was the email address from audit?
The initial audit came from
dawnprobst@tesu.edu. But the letter said to email
registrar@tesu.edu when the grade posts and
academicadvising@tesu.edu for a final review.
Ultimately my response did not come from her - it came from the registrar so I would start there or with academic advising.

I emailed them yesterday about needing to send over one more transcript after my last course is added to ACE by Study.com. They emailed back today and said as long as they receive the transcript by August 1st, I'll be good to go for September. Also, my transcript that they received on May 23rd from Straighterline has STILL not been added to my evaluation. They told me a couple of days ago that it would be expedited but no dice. It's not a huge deal since I am sending another transcript anyway, but it is a bit annoying.

Whoops. I meant December graduation. I was thinking September because that's when the application deadline is.

In that case the answer is no, you don't have to have all your credits in by the application deadline. You could be as late as early November getting the last credits in and still graduate.

I was rolled over from the June application period, and haven't gotten an audit notification yet.
I'm a little worried because it looks like all of my remaining transfer credits were accepted into my academic eval, but my Nat Sci/Math area of concentration is showing a "More Subjects" message. I have taken courses in at least three subjects, but my third subject only comprises 3 credits out of the total required 30 (although no minimum was specified in either the eval, the catalog, or by any adviser I've contacted) even though all the UL and max of 18 credits per subject requirements have been fulfilled. Will this prevent me from graduating??
