I took a CC course that TESU evaluated on my degree plan as MAN-432 (UL). This was done in 2017.
DS took the same course at the same CC and TESU just evaluated it as MAN-212 (LL).
Can I contest DS's LL evaluation? Would I risk to get my UL downgraded to LL?
The only difference between my course and DS is that I got an A and DS a B at the CC.
Any advise appreciated!

i think this is like the study.com courses that were coming in UL but they were actually LL classes. TESU now evaluates those courses as LL. Everyone who had them evaluated as UL got to keep it as UL but for any new evaluations they are LL now.

Courses from a CC always come into TESU as LL. I think your UL posted transfer was a fluke (error).

I got an answer from TESU: "Per a very recent change to University policy, any transfer course with a lower level equivalency (100/200) or an upper level equivalency (300/400) must be equated to a related course level."
DS will have to do another UL study.com course.

You lucked out. CC courses have been automatically LL for a long time. BTW, that reply sounds bizarre. I can't figure out what they are trying to actually say.

Yes, TESU used to take CC credits, and apply some as UL. BUT, at some point a couple of years ago, that went away, and the new policy is ALL CC courses come in as LL, no exceptions (it actually makes sense).
The fact that yours came in as UL means that either you did it before the change took place, or more likely, someone made a mistake.
