I finally got my credit evaluation done and the courses listed below are thankfully the only ones I have to complete. I also attached my credit eval below as an image.
I would like to take as many courses with study.com as possible. If I missed anything or need to submit more information here please let me know. I want to graduate as fast as possible. I am a veteran with some GI bill benefits left, I wish to save it for the future depending how expensive the above comes out to be. Once again thanks for helping a complete noob here.
- Ethics 3 - Would Insurance Ethics from The Institute suffice for this requirement? On the Excel sheet it lists it as 2 credits but I need 3 credits. What should I do about this? - Nothing, take the Ethics as per the spreadsheet, you should have excess credits in the "other field" at the bottom of your evaluation. If none, take a few TEEX or other free credits in the wiki.
- Civil Engagement 3 - Which course would I need from study.com in order to satisfy this 3 credit requirement?
Study.com Political Science 102: American Government POS-110 : American Government
- LAW 201 - Business 103: Introductory Business Law LAW-201 : Business Law
- FIN -301 - Pick one or the other, look at the amount of work in the lessons & syllabus
Finance 101: Principles of Finance FIN-200 : Intro to Finance or Finance 104: Financial Management FIN-200 : Intro to Finance
- MAR-301 - Business 102: Principles of Marketing MAR-201 : Principles of Marketing
- COM-300 - Business 113: Business Communication COM-202 : Introduction to Business Communications
- BUS-421, How can I go about getting credit for this course? No other choice, take Capstone at TESU
- MAR-411 - Marketing 301: Marketing Research MAR-211 : Intro to Marketing Research
- TES-100 I read somewhere that this can be waived. How do I go about this if possible?
Do nothing but email TESU when you have completed a course from Study.com and when you send them all the ACE credits or get Study.com to send it to TESU directly, it's automatic when you have the Study.com affiliate pricing.
- Mrktg Electives- I need 12 Credits here, which courses from Study.com would be able to satisfy this criteria?
Recommended ones to take are as follows: 2 from Study.com, 2 TECEPS or 1 TECEP and 1 Davar...
Study.com Business 309: Digital Marketing & Advertising MAR-441 : Marketing with Digital and Social Media
Study.com Hospitality 301: Hospitality Marketing HMM-316 : Hospitality Marketing
Davar - Principles of Sales
TECEP - Advertising - Because of the following:
Test format: 100 multiple choice questions • Time limit: 2 hours
• Passing score: 60%. Your grade will be reported as CR (credit) or NC (no credit).
Hi jonahh, Please see my response above, it's exactly what dfrecore has in the spreadsheet.
My recommendation is to do those courses in Red and Blue for cheap/easy/fast. Good luck!
The course numbers differ than what is required when they transfer, but should come in fine.
If you want to be safe, just copy what's "quoted" into an email to TESU advising to get pre-approval.
