I'm looking to complete a 2nd BA in English through TESU. Going over the PLA materials from TESU, it seems like I could earn a fair amount of credit through the PLA route.
Anyone on this forum have experience earning PLA credits through TESU? How did you find this process?
While it may take me longer to do, it seems a much more budget friendly approach, but perhaps I am missing something.

It can be a good path for things you can't find elsewhere, but if there's an test or online course that's equivalent, that's usually the way to go. See the
PLA tips thread and the
TESU portfolio link from my sig. Just ignore all the side chatter about fees.

Hi
I got a ton of PLA credit from TESU in the last year.
... for you to accomplish it, you'd have to have some depth in the area you want to challenge. I wrote magazine articles and books, but I just didn't see that much coursewise I could gain from those experiences. They said they pretty much will not allow PLA for any of the core english courses, by the way.
