Is it possible to complete to AOS with IBM/Coursera certs that transfer?

I don't think so. I think that, even if some of them work for this degree, you will still need a few courses from Statistics.com. That said, if you can get the IBM certs for free/cheap, they can (at the very least) make good electives and possibly prepare you for the more expensive Statistics.com courses.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Simple answer: No. It's not possible, as all the courses required need to be upper level, the courses that get transferred from Coursera and IBM are mainly lower level. It'll be useless for the degree, but I would do the certs for the experience and knowledge gained, the lower level ACE credits is just icing on the cake and not used towards the degree.

Has anyone tested out courses on edX and seen if they transfer to TESU Data Science?

Have you looked into the BS in Analytics from PUG? The Statistics.com courses are quite pricy.

From the Wiki, the only required AOS course that comes over is DSI-322 which is data visualization.  If you're trying to fill anything with the IBM certs, from what we know for now from the Wiki, the Analytics with Excel and R is probably the way to go if you even want to try.  You'll get DSI-322 (fulfills data viz requirement in AOS), R Programming(AOS LL elective), DSI-150, 200 299 (seems doubtful if any other DSI besides 322 course fits into AOS or even AOS electives, but maybe free electives) and you'll also get DSI-399 and possibly 3 more hours of DSI-299(if repeatable) because you will pick up the Data Analysis And Visualization Foundations badge along the way.

If you want another lower level elective, you can try the Applied Data Science, which is probably a fair amount of work to credits ratio - You'll get Python (LL AOS elective), plus DSI-200 and 299 (again, doubtful how useful these are, and you will have already picked them up in the other specialization, so there might be other ways to get python if thats what you're after).

In other words - your best case is that this combo can fill out your AOS electives plus one required course - but that seems doubtful based on my 'what-if' eval, which doesn't slot any of my DSI courses in (299 and 200) into the AOS electives.  You can talk to an advisor and see if they will work though, maybe they can manually slot them in.  But at a minimum you'd need 6 courses from statistics.com it would seem (given the best, but also unlikely case scenario).

WGU also has a BS in Data Science/Data Analytics which would be cheaper than TESU.

Statistics.com courses will cost approximately 5500 dollars, then a waiver fee of 3200 dollars will apply.

The only advantage is that you will receive an Associate degree in Computer Science.

And that's the main reason I get people like the original poster to fill in the template and last post addendum here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works : By providing us more details, we'll know if they're in the US and eligible for the WGU Data Analytics program or not, if their only option is the Big 3 or a CBE such as UMPI that accepts international students, we'll know what to recommend further.
