That one is not test-out-able, so I don't have a plan. Someone else might, but I doubt it (not asked for much around here).

If you want the international studies degree, do it even if it requires more time. OR quickly get a BSBA or another applicable field and then go for a masters. (This is what I did) I'm in international business and the move really pays off.
Also, I would guess from your user name that you might speak another language, but if you don't, HURRY. In my experience, speaking a second language, any second language, showed that you're more likely to understand and therefore work well with other cultures. There are quite a few other steps you should be taking right now if you're not already in the international field you would like to be in. It's easy to get in the door, but in many cases, very hard to make the jump from entry-level to what I call a "trusted" level where they allow you to travel internationally on behalf of the organization. These steps are just as important, if not more important than the education. Allowing an employee to deal directly with people all over the world is so delicate that the company really needs to see that you're well-rounded in your global interests.

Thanks guys!
I know it is not completely able to be tested out of, but it appears to be able to be done with only one or two classes actually having to be taken. I just want to test out of as much as possible.

You can use a BALS degree, but just change the AOS. There will be more than 2 classes you can't test out of - none of the Regional Electives are available except the History of the Soviet Union DSST exam. The other 3 would have to be classes. So you're looking at 6 classes minimum (including the capstone).
