TESU Initial Evaluation
#11
rlw74 Wrote:I got my evaluation today! They didn't send an email - I just stalked my online account a couple times a day and it was there this afternoon.
I was pretty happy -they transferred in more credits than I expected. And I have to give a shoutout to dfrecore for looking at the credits I posted and providing me with an excel spreadsheet to work off of. It was pretty spot on with the exception of just one class that I kind of thought would be an issue anyway. So now I have a concrete plan and hopefully can get these credits knocked out in the next 6-8 weeks before I start my capstone.

What day did you apply/ the get your first transcript. Still awaiting mine so I am trying to narrow down when I should reasonably start looking. I still need to get CLEP transcript into them going to have it faxed today I believe. No clue where to mail it to.

No, you don't pay again. Some folks have reported that TESU will only do two evals before you enroll, but that was not my experience. I sent in my initial transcripts from CC, then later sent 3 test scores and a Saylor transcript as I did them, all before enrollment and they processed each of them.

Same here.

I had them jumble my credits like.... two / three times before I found what I wanted and then I applied for my first class. If they couldn't get it how I wanted, I would have walked, and I wouldn't have paid for multiple trips through the credit slinging machine, either.

Also - just as a point, what I wound up doing was *exactly* what the people on here had suggested from the beginning. I apologize I was too dense to 'get it' initially.
