I took (and passed) a TECEP on Tuesday 9/11/2018 and the grade isn't showing on my records, nor do I see the credit when I pull up my "unofficial transcript." They said it would be 1 week from the test date, but now it's almost 2.
Also, I changed my status from non-degree seeking, to one of their AAS degrees 3 weeks ago. They said I would get an evaluation within 10 business days, but I haven't heard from them. (My status still says "applicant" - don't know if that matters.)
I also don't see my DSST credit on my unofficial transcript yet.
Do I need to call TESU to get these things done, or will they eventually do them?

DSST won't show until about a month after they receive it. I can't really speak to the TECEP, but if they said one week and it's been two then i would call.

You might want to call the DSST folks, too. I know for a fact I put the school code down, but when I called them to expedite the MIS DSST to WGU they said I had forgotten to put a code.

TESU was bad about posting TECEP grades when I took them, often I had to call to get the info. I don't know if they sit in limbo or what, but it happens. I'd call or email.

they are just slow. COSC will post your transcripts in 2 or 3 days and TESU takes like 4 weeks. COSC will post an ACE transcript for you faster than TESU adds its own classes to your transcript
its just one of those things, after awhile you get used to it
