I'm a bit confused, does TESU take Saylor's Software Engineering (CS 302) as upper level or lower level for the CS degree? The wiki degree plan says it does, but Ive seen comments on here to the contrary. If not, what's a good alternative? Thank you!!

That is a fine question. ACE has that course listed as Lower Level since 02/01/2024, so I would venture to guess that it was downgraded at TESU as well.
Alternatives for TESU BACS UL:
Database Management, study.com
Systems Analysis, study.com
?Management Information Systems, study.com (Not 100% sure, but at least in the past that worked)
Cloud architecture, ASU
Business Process Management, ASU
SAS Advanced Programmer, Coursera (included in Coursera Plus)
IBM Full Stack Developer, Coursera (included in Coursera Plus)
Linear Algebra, Coopersmith
Quantitative Analysis, Coopersmith
Statistics Microbachelor, LSE, taken at edx (application for financial aid possible)
Software Engineering course, TESU (expensive, but allegedly not very difficult. Heavy on writing, but not coding)

Some of these, specifically the SDC credits, Im already planning on using toward the UL's. I appreciate the response, this list helps!!

I think someone reported here recently that the Google Cloud Analytics Certificate on Coursera provided 6 UL credits for the BACS degree at TESU.

It’s the Google *Cloud* Data Analytics Certificate that will come in as UL credit, which is different from the main Google Data Analytics Certificate. I think Coursera does offer both of them? But the cloud one is also offered directly from Google, I think for cheaper (if you don’t already have a Coursera subscription), at
https://cloud.google.com/learn/certificates.

“received credit for CIS-3110, CLD-4300, and CYB-4500.”

One of an advisor told me to take the Saylor software engineering course for TESU software Engineering. I think ít still good. About the google certification you have to check with an Academic advisin department first because I have 3 google professional engineer certifications and IT support, but none were given any credits for the BACS.
