I've got to admit I'm pretty aggravated with TESU. I waited for over a month to get my DSST and ACE transcripts evaluated and now they've either made a mistake or are no longer accepting a few of them as equivalencies. My BUS:311 class from study.com was not applied towards the technical core Project management requirement. Also The IT fundamentals course from straigherline came in as CIS-107 but was applied towards my gen ends and not towards the degree requirement. Also didn't apply the meteorology class from study.com towards my electives at all. I'm in the middle of my capstone and am supposed to be done on 12/17. I plan on writing an email asking them to look at it but has anyone else ran into this issue?
Ok I saw that there was a note on the bottom of my eval that states that the study.com course transcripts have to come from study.com directly. My account is paused, will I be able to send my transcripts to TESU without unpausing and paying the 200$ fee? Also do you think I'll have any trouble getting them to move the CIS-107 up to satisfy the degree requirement?

Any explanation why it is not accepted? As per the study.com-TESU equivalency list, BUS-311 transfers into TESU as MAN-435 & offers 3 credits.

It's accepted, a transcript just needs to come directly from Study.com (not from ACE) because they have some odd arrangement with each other that is not typical of most providers.

I had to have them change things on mine, including categories & equivalencies numerous times. As lomg as you provide a valid reason it shouldn't be a problem.

I want to second this.
Also, half of my credits showed up on my evaluation one day, and then the other half about a day (or half a business day) later --- and a lot was moved around. It was much more disappointing at first than it ended up being by the time i got an email saying my eval was done. After that it was mostly what I expected.
And then after a call to an advisor a day later, i moved two courses around and it was 100% what i was expecting.

The key with TESU is you have to send them in your own degree map (I sent a Word doc showing how I wanted my courses to be placed). IF they are still equivalent, they will place them where you want.

I'd call them and go through it over the phone.
Anything more than one simple request is too complicated for them.

I sent them SL and SDC transcripts directly AND from ACE to cover my bases. That takes care of most issues. If placement is off for a course they're willing to move things around to make them work.
1. Prep Phase: Hopeless, 15 credits, need a BA fast, never heard of TESU
2. TESU BALS: 121/120 (9 months)
3. RN Paramedic Bridge - Excelsior (9 months + CPNE wait)
4. WGU RN -> BSN
5. BSN -> MSN/FNP
