Hello all. I saw on the transfer guide in the Lawshelf page that GOV-202 BASICS OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW comes in as ENS-360 ENVIRON SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL JUSTICE. Will that come in as the full 6 credit class?

Unfortunately, no. As per their transfer equivalency guide for their partners, the one for TESU shows it's only worth 3 credits. You're getting a bargain price for Upper Level credits, it's a great deal already. You should go for their BOGO option if at all possible.
Good job on Lawshelf's part and an even amazing job on TESU side as on NCCRS, it's supposed to be lower level. I suggest to get it done ASAP before they change that to conform to NCCRS recommendations! Link: https://lawshelf.com/assets/pdf/TESU.pdf
