TESU BSBA with foreign credits

b. I found two ethics course upon searching The Institutes course. Will any one of the below fulfill the ethics requirement?

TESU requirement = 3 credit
The Institutes = 2 credit. Is that correct. So, I will still have to fulfill the deficient 1 credit with some other course?

It's 3 lower level credits now instead of 2 upper lvl credits.
