Keep in mind that the TESU and ACE changes went into effect fairly recently so it isn't unreasonable for Sophia to not have the latest information on their website. It is best to always be careful when relying on what is listed on a provider website. Unless a course provider has a contractual articulation agreement in place with TESU, it is up to TESU to determine if they accept and how they evaluate any credits submitted. This typically only applies when TESU accepts direct transcripts from a provider (like with SL and Study.com) not via ACE. Course equivalencies can and do change without notice.
For enrolled TESU students, the best bet is always to speak with advising to pre-plan it in your degree plan. If they plan an external course as UL credits they will usually honor it even if it changes after the plan is set. But if not, you won't know for sure until you send in the transcript for evaluation.
