Just to clarify, he had been calling every day last week trying to figure out if his application was accepted or not. And they didn't respond to his phone calls, from the first day he called and left a message to the day they called to let him know he was enrolled, until five business days later (10 business days after he applied, 4 days longer than they say they'll take). That's why I'm concerned and frustrated. Nothing to do with the weekend or holiday, just the overall lack of response despite their voicemail saying they respond in 24 hours.
He did try using the LS drop down menu - we had looked it up on here before he went to register - and it wasn't even showing as offered. Just the cornerstone. So now he's not sure if there's some weird hold on his account, if something was glitching on their system, or what. Again, he has to let them know about his Study membership anyway so he has to call regardless. But this has been a funky process. Hoping it's not like this when I'm ready to register for Capstone! We'll see if they call back today from his voicemail yesterday. I hope so. @Joeman200 what address did you use to email?
