I've applied to TESU in July 2020, I was accepted and I have to pay my admission fees by July 2021. I've already accumulated around 80 to 90 credits.
What I want to know is, after I've paid my admission fees, will I still be able to regularly finishes courses at other institutions(Saylor, Study.com, Sophia, etc..) and be able to transfer them to TESU until I have enough credits for my degree or will I only be allowed to take courses at TESU after I've paid my admission fees?
I'll appreciate any help or advice, thank you.

Which admission fees? The $50 application fee or something else? Yes, you can continue to bring in credits from elsewhere even after you are fully enrolled. It's what most TESU students do.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I've already paid the application fee, but I still need to pay the enrollment fee. I just wanted to make sure that I can continue as I am after I've paid and enrolled. Thank you so much for the reply.

Yep, you can absolutely continue! Just buy that TECEP and keep on going.

There is no "enrollment fee" at TESU. You may mean enrolling in a course or a TECEP exam? In which case, you should definitely do that sooner rather than later.

There no longer is an enrolment fee at TESU, that was long ago. If you're looking to enrol at TESU, transfer in all your credits, and not take any courses from them except the required cornerstone/capstone, then yeah - the medical transcription TECEP is the cheap/easy/fast way of enrolling for $50. You get unlimited evaluations, academic advising, other perks of being an enrolled student, etc...
