I am curious about the GE requirements, specifically:
B. Human Cultures and the Physical and Natural World
Humanities, Social Science, Natural Science or Interdisciplinary Electives - For this requirement do I need one course from each specific category (one Humanities, one Social Science, one Natural Science)? Or can I use credits from any one or combination of the three? I was hoping to use: CLEP - Analyzing and Interpreting Literature (6 cr) and CLEP Introduction to Psychology (3 cr) to satisfy the 9 credits needed. Is that allowed? Or would I then be missing my credits for Natural Science?
Just some combination, plus the Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. Below is a direct quote from the TESC BSBA Academic Evaluation:
"C: Hum Cult & Phys Wrld (Completed)
> HUMAN CULTURES AND THE PHYSICAL WORLD
> Complete 15 semester hours (SH) in Human Cultures and the
> Physical and Natural World to include:
> *Macroeconomics, 3SH
> *Microeconomics, 3SH
> *Interdisciplinary, 9SH (Choose courses from Humanities,
> Social Sciences and/or Natural Sciences.)"
All of my courses that got posted to this category were social sciences. Your plan for the A&I Lit CLEP and the Psych CLEP should work just fine.
