I am working towards BSBA and I have College Mathematics & Pre-Calculas as General Education Electives and College Algebra as Intellectual and Practical Skills, would this work or would TESC reject this as duplicate?

None of these should duplicate. College Mathematics will be MAT101/102, Pre-Calculus will be MAT129 and College Algebra will be MAT121.
