Well I guess I've come up against that famous TESC customer service. I was told that "Before qualifying for any of the benefits of the Adults Back to College program, you would need to be accepted into the program" but the only person who can review my application will be out of the office until September 13th.
Of course there is no mention of this process when you apply, their own website says just apply and choose the adults back to college program and your application fee will be waived. Unfortunately I assumed that they wouldn't accept me into their school or waive the $75 fee if I didn't qualify for or was not accepted into the program.
Since registration is over Sept. 14 I don't see myself getting the assistance I need for the first semester.
I should just be grateful that I got the $75 fee waiver.
