Would I still need to take a TECEP to become an enrolling student? If so, I'm just going to bypass that and pay for the in-state comprehensive plan. I'm tired of waiting lol
I swear I remember someone on this forum not enrolling at all and graduate with 120 credits by paying the residency waiver fee.

I'm almost positive of this too. I don't think you have to enroll if you just apply, send in your transcripts (assuming you have 120cr), and then apply for graduation. Obviously you have to take a capstone, so I'm assuming that you would do that to "enroll" but I still think you can apply for graduation with all of your credits except the capstone and go for it.

Maybe that was before TESU/TESC started requiring that the Capstone be taken from them? I gather you used to be able to transfer it in, but not any more.

I already "passed" the capstone when I transferred my penn foster strategic management credits.

Cool. I still can't find that forum post about graduating without enrolling but I know I saw it. You only get two evals so don't mess that up or you have to add a TECEP and actually enroll. After the 2nd eval, every requirement has to be complete in green and you have to have 120+ credits. Then contact the graduation department on the phone and tell them what you want to do (graduate without enrolling and pay the $23xx). Proceed from there and let us know how it goes.

You only get two evals at TESU? Where does it say that on the site? I didn't know this.
't I assume the initial eval is at the time of application and transferring in the credits. But what if I want to apply and send them some credits from a uni, clep, dsst, etc, but I'm still working on more ACE/NCCRS credits?
