TECEP Sales Management

Has anyone taken this test before? It seems like there isn't a lot of information regarding it. I purchased the two books TESC recommended.
I'm having a tough time matching up the sections of each book that I need to read with the test description (http://www2.tesc.edu/tecep_desc/MAR-322.pdf ). Does anyone know which chapters/sections I should focus on?

I’m preparing to take this test on Dec. 23rd, I’ve read the Sales Management textbook by Ingram and have very detailed notes put together. With just over a week of study time left, I’m wondering if there’s any advice as to what my next steps should be. I plan on studying my notes extensively at a minimum but was curios as to any other advice that y’all might have.
