I just took this TECEP on Wednesday and mainly depended on IC flashcards for studying. I passed with a 67% (65% is passing). I would definitely recommend reading through the whole text and maybe using IC for brush up. I had the flashcards about 90% down and wasn't sure if I would pass during the exam. Definitely one to take time on and study for!
