I registered late for TECEPs 3 times and didn't pay a late fee. I think their people don't tack it on usually?

I think you're correct. If you register via their registration office, they don't tack it on, but the online registration does. Don't know if I'll need another TECEP, but I know better than to register online now.

Maybe they just started doing it? I don't think they would add such a big fee.

I did 3 online late registrations.
