I would use the Study.com prep for them. At least that will get you started. You will want to take a look at the grading rubric for the TECEP you're taking and focus your study on whatever the biggest chunk is on the grading. For instance for Psychology of Women, the biggest part of the grade comes from "the content of women's lives" so that's where you want to put your study time.
So go through the Study.com thing and then take a look at the other study materials and hit what you think you need to from there. You only need to pass, not to ace it.
