Excelsior will accept ITT credit, but only from sites in NY which are ACE evaluated

From Excelsior:
"On the other hand, we do not accept ITT Tech for the most part. There are three ITT Tech campus's that Excelsior has specifically evaluated though that we will accept credit from: Getzville NY, Albany NY, and Liverpool NY. "

In a follow up e-mail from Excelsior:
"For the credits to be accepted by Excelsior for transfer they would have to be evaluated by ACE. ACE evaluates the individual location of an institution, not always the Institution in General. Therefore, we find that some locations have been evaluated and others have not been. "

So I am wondering, if it would be possible to get ACE to assign credit for ITT classes, if they had evaluated them at one site, surely they could evaluate credits at another?

I'm enrolled at Excelsior and I'm going through this same issue right now, however my ITT location in Massachusetts lost my transcripts (they're 20 years old) and now they're attempting to replicate them. I had to take ITT to court for them to even make an effort in locating my transcripts; so we'll see if Excelsior will give me any credit for them. I did read in Excelsior's Student Hand book that they'll transfer 15 credits out of 60 for a non-regionally accredited school.
