If a direct transcript isn't working, just go ACE.

The direct transcript approach didn't seem to work in a timely matter and it appeared likely to miss a deadline. Went to ACE, claimed Study.com credit, paid the ACE fee late Monday and the credit was on the TESU online transcript on Thursday. Study.com never resolved the issue. If you can't wait around, spend the money with ACE.
