You are ahead of SL and the rest of your competition in so many ways (IMHO) except no dashboard on inactive accounts. We have no idea what our progress is/was, if any grades "come in", or what we have already accomplished; it's ridiculous in this day to have such a lacking in a website/service.
Thank you

I just ran into this a few days ago. Another helpful piece of info would be if we could access the date we completed aour final exam. This may not seem like a big deal but when I was combing over my ACE transcript I realized that I had not added one of my classes from SL and I had no way of figuring out the date without contacting customer service

Hi Everyone-
Thank you for the feedback about the lack of visibility into course and test details for inactive accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We will bring this request to the Product team so that they are aware of the issue!
