Is the best quick course still SL? I know about Westcott, but the price is much higher than SL. I thought there was another provider now, but I probably just dreamt that!
Are there any Calc II or Differential Equations courses coming soon?

SL is still the best/cheapest way to get Calc II. The Westcott courses may or may not come in as expected, even if they were cheap.

In the next year or 2 Outlier should be launching a calc 2 course for $600. Other than that, SL is the only one I'm familiar with.
