Depending on whether my son receives the Study.com Guardian Scholarship (still waiting to hear), he is tentatively planning 5 courses (+ the required Personal Finance). However, the courses with an ** have been marked with a note on the Study.com-to-TESU transfer guide:
**Study.com Finance 101: Principles of Finance (fulfills TESU FIN-301 Principles of Finance)
Study.com Business 308: Globalization & International Management (fulfills TESU MAN-372 International Management)
Study.com Economics 101: Principles of Microeconomics (fulfills TESU ECO-112 Microeconomics)
**Study.com Business 113: Business Communication (fulfills TESU COM-300 Intro to Business Communication)
Study.com Business 121: Intro to Entrepreneurship (fulfills TESU BSBA GM Area of Study and comes in as 2 semester hours of MAN-230 Introduction to Entrepreneurship).
Does anyone have any specific information as to why Principles of Finance and Business Communication are under review and marked as "subject to change"? Are they being downgraded, upgraded, projects changed or added, etc?
Is it safe for my son to enroll in these courses (assuming Guardian Scholarship comes through), or should he postpone these courses until the note has been removed, or would he be better off attempting these courses elsewhere, and if so, where?
THANKS!!
