I was just scrolling through Study.com's courses and I noticed there are new courses for ACE credit via Study.com.
I know for sure that 4 weeks ago, that Macroeconomics wasn't available for credit, now it is.
After looking for a bit, I think this are new courses (though I wasn't totally thorough, so it could be more!)
Macroeconomics
Globalization and International Management
Advanced Operations Management
Business Ethics
Public Speaking (A possibility for TESU's oral communication requirement?)
Business Communication
Business Math
Intro to Criminal Justice
Causes and Effects of the Vietnam War
English Literature
Advanced Technical Writing
There are courses they probably already had put together for CLEP/DSST, but now there are available through study.com for ACE recommended credit.
This may open some doors for people who can't go to a testing center!
I apologise if this has been mentioned somewhere else, however I don't think it has.
Good luck to all!

This is great news. Study.com is such a great setup. I wish I could do my History and Systems of Pysch through them. This TCC setup is the pits. But at least it's my last testout.

Anyone know if these two management courses will transfer as upper level credit for TESU?
If it will, that's cheap for $200/month for 2 exams! I will go for those two courses if it is!
Update: Checked the ACE Credit Registry for details
- They also have another course available for Business and their ACE LL or UL recommendations
Business 307 - Leadership and Organizational Behavior (LL)
Business 308 - Globalization and International Management (LL)
Business 309 - Advanced Operations Management (UL)
I'll see if TESU will accept all three as upper level or not. Only they would know.
Also English 305 - Advanced Technical Writing (shows as UL recommendation)

Please be aware that several of these courses are only 1cr:
Business Communication
Public Speaking
English Literature
Also, while only 2 courses are UL on ACE, but we won't know until we see how TESU brings them in. Some sound like they might qualify as UL, TESU can be generous that way, that would certainly be nice.

If anyone was curious where folks were looking. ACE CREDIT | The National Guide to College Credit for Workforce Training Sort but ACE Course/Exam. Looks like the new stuff starts at SDCM-0050. Looks like they tried to get their Vietnam and Civil War eval'd for UL, but didn't quite get there.
As mentioned, the following Study.com courses are UL - which is great! Is this their first UL courses offered?
Advanced Technical Writing (English 305). Credit Recommendation: In the upper-division baccalaureate degree category, 3 semester hours in technical writing (4/16).
Advanced Operations Management (Business 312). Credit Recommendation: In the upper-division baccalaureate degree category, 3 semester hours in operations management (4/16).
At any rate, good on them. Always nice to have more affordable options.

It might be their first official UL eval by ACE, but TESU has been accepting a chunk of them as UL for a while now.

Yes, it's their first official UL courses; but TESU brings in anything as UL that other testing options have as UL: Management, Org Behavior, Marketing, HRM, Microbiology, Pathophysiology, Vietnam War, Abnormal Psych, Research Methods in Psych & Social Psych.

Ah, interesting. Wasn't aware of that, hence I went through Excelsior, that and they accepted more credits from my military experience than TESU would. It all worked out for me since DSST brought back Soviet Union, was able to squeak out required UL via DSST. Just 2 LL to go and Capstone. Woot.

Does anyone know if public speaking is 1 credit because it is easier than other options?
I have 2 out of 3 credits in the requirement oral communication for COSC.
