Study.com Guardian Scholarship Response ?
#1
Hi all,
From those of you who applied for the study.com guardian scholarship, how long did it take you to hear from them?

And lastly, did anyone recently receive the scholarship?

Thanks in advance.

Mine took 2 months. From what I can tell, they seem to do them in batches.

A couple weeks. They usually approve people at the beginning of the month. So some people who apply just a few days before get notified quick.

Most everyone who applies gets accepted. If for whatever reason you are not accepted, apply again. Be sure to check spam folder everyday for acceptance notification. Your 3 months starts the day they notify you.

I'm one of the ones that got a quick response. I think it was 2 days. Like others said, it appears they send them out in batches on the 1st

It seems like most people who apply get in the start of the following month, but it can sometimes skip a month. Perhaps there is a monthly max they can accept or something.

So, if you applied in January and haven't heard anything by now, you should apply again. If you applied in February and you haven't heard anything by April 1st, then you should re-apply.

Make sure you're checking your spam/junk mail folder. A good amount of people here have said the confirmation email was filtered out.

I've applied twice, once in January and once in February, and have not heard back. I obsessively check things (Evaluations, emails, etc) as I have OCD, so I haven't missed anything.
