Yeah, it happens to a couple of us as of Thursday. I suddenly had 6 exams available instead of 2. But we're thinking it's probably a glitch, because there's some reports of people actually having their exams disappear instead.

Hope that doesn't happen to me, I love the option of being able to finish as soon as I'm ready!

Yeah I am thinking glitch also, I just checked and it says I have 4 exams left, I should only have 2 remaining on my scholarship so I'm not sure what's going on here.

UPDATE: I submitted a question to study.com to find out about this. Trying not to get my hopes up that I have 4 test left and not just 2. I'd be able to take care of two more classes for free.

I was told this is intended. They made all exams available right away for at least scholarship people. I will copy and paste the e-mail later as I am at work and I cant get to my e-mail on this computer.

That's amazing. I was little bit worried because I took 3 of the courses over Christmas weekend since all the exams were available. I guess they took into consideration the complaints about the waiting process. Hopefully the paid exams become available for the scholarship as well. Ater the 3 I have left, I would definitely be happy to purchase exams In the time remaining.

So, suddenly it changed again! earlier today I checked and it still said I have 3 exams left (this month), but now it doesn't say anything at all? Not even you have 0 exams or something similar, just "You can take (or retake) two final exams every month of membership. You can retake an exam as soon as 3 days after your last attempt." and then a blank space.

These inconsistencies are really confusing.

Edit: Synicaal, when you say all exams does that mean for the scholarship there's no exam limit anymore? It seems I can still access exams for a course I completed but didn't do the final for yet.

Also, why does Study.com not notify people of these changes?? An email would be nice if they change something.

It looks like they are trying to fix whatever was causing problems before. I also have the message you have. I want to take an exam tonight so I will be pretty annoyed if I can't and it pushes my account back a day or two.

Yesterday it said I have four exams left this month. I took a practice exam, and now it says I have three left. Still a bug or two left, I think Smile

Hi All-

We apologize for the confusion! We are currently transitioning all College Accelerator members to a different exam schedule and are experiencing some issues in the process. Our end goal is to give each member 2 exams per month, tied to billing cycle (or registration date for non-monthly members). This will apply to anyone on a monthly plan, annual plan, group license, or scholarship.

Please reach out to our customer support team if you have any questions or encounter any errors when trying to use your exams. We know we're causing problems at the moment, but we hope the new exam schedule will be more convenient for everyone moving forward!

We appreciate your patience,
The Study.com Team
