This evening I decided to try to take a third exam this month at SDC, but I don't see the option to purchase another one. Has SDC changed their policy so we are limited to just two exams per month now?

Maybe they moved the option to somewhere else? I don't think they've changed anything.

Yeah, I think I figured out what went wrong. Over the summer, I decided to enroll my kids into SDC's homeschool program. In order to do that, I had to create a master family account to assign courses and see their grades. For some reason, I thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and put my student account under the management of my family account so I could manage all three accounts from the same dashboard. It seems the side-effect is that I have to purchase the extra exam attempts through the management account now. So much for that idea.

We all make oopsies from time to time. I'm sure you're not the only one to have done something similar.

According to their FAQ, as of today, they still allow up to 5 exams per month. Have you emailed their customer service? When I was enrolled, I found their responses to generally be pretty quick and helpful for this sort of question.
